Review: Where the Crawdads Sing
A beautifully written book about loneliness, nature, and relationships. The beautiful way the author captures the nature of marsh and each character’s relationship with it makes this book stand out.
Review: The Light Brigade
This action-packed novel was a wild ride from start to finish. Hurley’s masterful writing drew me in and made me feel like I was taking this disorienting journey through time, conflict, and discovery right beside the main character. Though jarring at first, this ultimately made the book an “experience” rather than just a story.
